Swimmers Stretch to Stay Healthy

Help me give my students stretch bands and therapeutic rollers to help them prevent cramps and injuries.

My Project

I coach an amazing group of swimmers for my school. They work really hard to improve their swim times in the pool. We are limited by the amount of pool time we have access to. Our swimmers need to make sure they can get a good workout in, even when they are not in the pool.

The therapeutic balls and different rollers will help them massage their muscles and prevent cramps.

Swimmers often get cramps in their calves, so those calf rollers will help them keep stretched.

The stretch bands can help them stretch and work out different muscles, even when they are not in the water. Thank you for any help you can provide our team and our athletic boosters.
