Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, motivation and positive reinforcement play a powerful role in helping students stay focused, engaged, and excited about learning. Many of my students thrive when they have clear goals and meaningful incentives to work toward. To support their hard work and celebrate their successes, I am creating a classroom Treasure Box filled with small prizes and treats.

This project will provide rewards such as candy, small toys, school supplies, and other fun items that students can earn through positive behavior, academic effort, and personal growth.

These incentives help build a supportive classroom culture where students feel recognized, encouraged, and valued.

For many of my students, even small rewards make a big difference. A Treasure Box gives them something tangible to look forward to, and it reinforces the habits that help them grow; perseverance, responsibility, kindness, and teamwork. With your support, we can turn everyday achievements into moments of pride and excitement, making our classroom a place where students are eager to show their best selves.
