This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am committed to continuously expanding my expertise through ongoing professional development, including workshops, courses, and collaboration with fellow educators. I plan to implement innovative instructional strategies learned through these experiences, such as data-driven lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and culturally responsive teaching practices. By integrating these approaches into my classroom, I aim to create a more engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environment. As a result, my students will benefit from increased academic achievement, higher engagement, and the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential to their success in college and careers.
