Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help me get the supplies we need to continue our work with structured literacy this year! All students need more mechanical pencils to write words, phrases, sentences and stories. They also need more dry erase markers, erasers and writing surfaces to build encoding skills. Writing on clips boards will be a fun and engaging way to practice new skills. Students are also working hard to gain decoding skills. They will use the highlighters to find current concept words in connected text. Students will be able to read and discuss these words with peers. Please help us continue our work with the materials we need to succeed!
