My Project

My students enter the classroom every day filled with energy, curiosity, and an eager desire to explore the world around them. They are wonderfully resilient, creative, and passionate learners who thrive when given the opportunity to express themselves.

Every child in my classroom brings a unique perspective and a strong work ethic, and nothing brings me more joy than watching their eyes light up when they grasp a new concept or bring an idea to life.

Having access to basic, everyday learning materials ensures that no student is left behind or distracted by a lack of essential tools. Here is how these resources will make a direct impact on our daily classroom activities:

Pencils: The essential foundation for daily learning. Having a reliable supply allows students to write, practice penmanship, draft stories, and work through math equations without interruption.

Crayons & Markers: Crucial tools for early literacy, visual learning, and creative expression. Students will use them to illustrate reading responses, color-code diagram structures, and bring art project ideas to life.

Expo Markers: Essential for interactive, low-stakes practice. Dry-erase markers on personal whiteboards allow students to solve math problems, practice spelling, and share immediate feedback during whole-group instruction without the fear of making permanent mistakes.

Sharpies: Perfect for finalizing projects, outlining poster presentations, and labeling organizational materials so student work stands out proudly on our display boards.

By removing the barrier of missing supplies, this project gives every student equal access to the hands-on tools they need to stay engaged, stay organized, and take full ownership of their education.
