Help me give my students supplies to help them be successful this year. My students are constantly in need of pencils and highlighters to use in class. They could also benefit from an electric pencil sharpener.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are bright and enjoy learning new concepts
My seventh graders are a lively group, and I want to make sure that they have the necessary supplies and tools to help them learn.
I encourage my students to annotate and be active participants in their education, but some of them do not bring the necessary supplies.
They enjoy engaging in activities that are thought-provoking, interesting and relevant to their lives. As a teacher, I try to make my classroom as exciting and student-centered as possible.
My Project
My students are eager to participate in class, but they are constantly in need of pencils, highlighters and other basic supplies to use during class.
My students love to learn, but unfortunately many of them do not come to school with the appropriate supplies.
Since this is an ELA class, the students do a great deal of writing and are frequently up sharpening pencils. It would be great to have an electric pencil sharpener for my students to access during class. Colored expo markers will make the "note taking" experience more engaging for my students.
