This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need a pencil every day and will appreciate your donations. Our sharpener burned out and some don't have mechanical pencils. They love math when I make it fun for them, but we do need to work out problems with a pencil. Some students are reluctant and I work one - to- one with them to verify they are grasping the task or concept for that subject. I need to assure while I'm working with other students all students have the materials needed to work independently. I also need an electric hole puncher. My manual hole puncher is limited to the of papers that it can punch. We use a lot of packets and need them all hole punched. An electric hole puncher would be handy for my student's packets. My students love to show off their successes.
