Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

First graders seem to learn best when working together and talking about their learning. The items I am requesting will help my students collaborate and problem solve. We will also use the materials in small groups when we are chaining words, writing sentences, and solving math problems. The puzzles will allow us to manipulate, and practice spatial awareness. The puzzles also reflect our current curriculum.

The laminator will allow us to display our students' work, and help us preserve items reused in instructional centers.

We will also use the laminator for other projects that come up throughout the year.
