This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are excited to share with you our innovative approach to promoting positive behavior and fostering a supportive learning environment at our school. Through your generous contributions, we plan to continue to implement and expand a HERO points system at our school store, where students can earn and redeem these points for various incentives.

HERO points will be awarded to students for demonstrating exceptional behavior, academic achievements, and positive contributions to the school community.

With your support, we aim to stock our school store with a diverse range of incentives that appeal to students' interests and motivations. These incentives include chips, candy, and gum, which were selected based on our students’ interests. By providing students with a tangible and enticing reward system, we hope to encourage a positive and cooperative atmosphere, reinforcing the values of responsibility, respect, and diligence.

This HERO points initiative aligns with our broader goal of creating a holistic educational experience that goes beyond traditional academic achievements. Your contribution will not only enhance the school store but will also contribute to the overall well-being and development of our students, instilling in them a sense of pride and accomplishment. We believe that your support will make a lasting impact on our students, shaping them into responsible and motivated individuals ready to face the challenges of the future.
