This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is full of curious thinkers, fun-loving friends, and incredibly hard-working individuals who have dedicated themselves to their studies throughout the year. They have met challenges with enthusiasm and have shown remarkable growth, making them truly deserving of a gift that celebrates their success and encourages them to continue learning and playing throughout the summer break.

The summer buckets, expo markers, and sidewalk chalk will bring them so much joy for the summer and tools they need to keep learning and playing.

The end-of-year gift serves two crucial purposes. First, it is a tangible celebration of the students' immense effort and growth throughout the school year. Second, the included academic materials are powerful, fun tools designed to combat the notorious "summer slide." By integrating hands-on learning materials into a gift centered around summer play, we are seamlessly encouraging continued engagement with educational concepts, ensuring they start the next school year strong and confident.
