My Project

Our student-athletes at Fremont High School work hard every day to improve themselves, support their teammates, and represent their school. Athletics provides our students with another classroom where they learn discipline, perseverance, teamwork, goal setting, and how to take care of their bodies. Our weight room and Athletic Training Room serve students from across our athletic programs, making these spaces an important part of the educational experience for hundreds of Fremont students.

These materials will help our students learn how to train safely, build strength, prevent injuries, and properly recover from the physical demands of athletics.

Resistance bands will allow students to perform strength, mobility, warm-up, and rehabilitation exercises. Barbell pads will make strength-training movements more accessible and comfortable for students learning proper technique. Slant boards and kneeling pads will provide additional tools for mobility, stretching, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention exercises. Athletic training supplies, including tape dispensers and tape cutters, will help our Athletic Trainer provide efficient care to student-athletes before practices and competitions.

Our goal is to create a safer, better-equipped environment where students of all experience and ability levels can learn how to properly train and care for their bodies. These materials will not belong to just one team or benefit one season—they will be shared across Fremont Athletics and used by student-athletes throughout the school year. With your support, we can give our students the tools and knowledge to become stronger, healthier, and more confident student-athletes.
