My Project

We are excited to help our scholars exercise their muscles and their brains. Our excercise unit will teach our scholars the importance of eating healthy and exercising. This study is important because childhood obesity is prevalent in school our community.

The books about healthy eating will teach our students about the food groups and how to make healthy choices.

The yoga mats will help our students learn how to stetch their muscles and add additional resources to their SEL toolkits. We are excited to introduce our students to the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
