Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

27% of our students are enrolled in at least one Advanced Placement class. They work hard in these diligent courses in addition to bearing significant responsibilities at home. Furthermore, many of them are also employed and assist in paying for their families’ needs.

A chance to win an iPad Pro is a validation of their effort and dedication to achieving their college dreams.

Students will submit a goal/action plan for their AP exam and will be entered to win. This incentivizes students to prepare so that all of them will win the “real” prize: a qualifying score that will give them college credit, saving them time and money as they achieve their college dreams.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
