Our school saying is, "Better today than yesterday! Better tomorrow than today!" I want to make their tomorrow better!
My class consists of a diverse group of learners.
My class has 26 second grade students of varying abilities. The socio-economic background of our students is reflected by our 97% free or reduced-price lunch rate.
I teach in an urban inner city school rich with diversity. Most of my students need additional learning materials to meet grade level expectations. Please help me to make tomorrow better for them!
My Project
My students are energetic learners! They enjoy coming to school to learn daily. I enjoy designing exciting lessons for them to help them reach grade level standards.
Having new Trend Desk Toppers, heavy duty desk tape, Sharpie Markers, Zipfile storage bags, Bic Mechanical Pencils, Trend stickers, and Learning Resources Pocket Charts will make it easier for me to help them learn.
My students need new Zipfile storage bags to transport their take home books to and from school. It's important to protect our take home books so they will last for many years and having these new durable bags will really help us to keep our books looking newer longer.
My students need Learning Resources Pocket Charts to be able to view where they are going for center times in the classroom. We can really use the storage cart to organize all of our classroom supplies and have them handy when we need them.
This project has many items that I normally purchase myself throughout the school year for my classroom. Thank you for helping me to attain these materials that we need daily in our inner city classroom.
