Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom uses a wide variety of materials all year. These items will allow us to create many different projects throughout the year. I use a large amount of balloons because the students always want to blow something up and this is the best I can offer. But kidding aside, I have never had sturdy cardboard cutters that can cut circles and these will make a great addition to my reusable supply closet. The straws and dowels will be great for wheel and axel projects and the rubber bands will help create energy.

I hope to use these supplies to build and create many projects.

We will be able to make several types of vehicles and other items throughout the year. We will use these items for chemistry and physics projects and possibly even a little Earth Science before we are done. I look forward to the challenges.
