Help me give my students STEM manipulatives that will allow opportunities to explore, build, create, and solve problems. Manipulatives help children develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and fine-motor skills while making STEM concepts easier to understand.

My Project

STEM manipulatives are important in kindergarten because they give young children hands-on opportunities to explore, build, create, and solve problems. Using materials such as blocks, connecting cubes, gears, magnetic tiles, and other building tools helps children understand STEM concepts in a fun and meaningful way. These activities encourage creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. STEM manipulatives also strengthen fine-motor skills and allow children to learn through trial and error. Most importantly, they encourage curiosity and help kindergarten students develop a strong foundation for future learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
