My Project

I am a first-year teacher to phenomenal first-graders! These scholars have a wide range of academic needs and a huge love for STEAM! However, our school is a Title I public charter, meaning many of our scholars are eligible for free meals, academic support, etcetera. This presents a challenge when it comes to acquiring much-needed resources.

Our school focuses on the hard and soft skills of STEAM, we use Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.

I am requesting building sets and materials that will allow my scholars to engage in actual, hands-on building and creating. They will be able to research, work collaboratively, and problem-solve. Thank you for being so supportive in bringing more STEAM opportunities to our class.
