Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have worked incredibly hard this school and they are getting ready for state testing. My students are ready to show how much they have stretched their brains this school year.

Sadly, not all students eat breakfast, whether it's because of lack of food at home or because they don't arrive at school early enough to eat the school provided breakfast, so the snacks in this project will ensure that students are focused on testing and not on being hungry.

The beef jerky, cookies, pretzels, fruit snacks, juice, etc. will give the students energy and stamina during testing. The gum and lollipops will keep students motivated while they test.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
