My Project

A new school year is the perfect opportunity to build excitement, create a positive school culture, and recognize the incredible potential in every student who walks through our doors. My students come from beautifully diverse backgrounds across the Charlotte community, bringing unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives that make our classroom a place of growth and opportunity.

From the very first day of school, I want every student to know that their effort, perseverance, kindness, leadership, and determination matter.

My goal is to create an environment where students are recognized not only for academic achievement but also for the character and resilience they demonstrate each day.

These donations would allow me to jump-start the school year by celebrating students early and often with meaningful incentives that encourage positive choices, build confidence, and inspire continued growth. Whether students are showing responsibility, making academic gains, helping others, or demonstrating outstanding character, these rewards will reinforce the behaviors that lead to long-term success.

Our school community has worked hard to improve student achievement while developing caring, responsible young people. By recognizing students throughout the year, we can create momentum that motivates them to stay engaged, believe in themselves, and continue striving for excellence. Every celebration—big or small—helps students feel seen, valued, and excited to come to school each day.
