Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Instead of being greeted with a worksheet or a screen, I want my students to start each morning talking, building, thinking and creating. Morning Choice Time will give my 2nd graders a daily opportunity to build the crucial creative problem-solving skills that will allow them to pursue further explorations in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. It also will provide them a chance to socialize and emotionally settle into the school day. Please help me make this happen for my students by funding the engineering toys, games, art supplies and storage in this project.
