Squad Games

Help me give my students healthy snacks. The games and fun competition is just to promote protein and replace high fructose snacks with healthier snacks.

My Project

As a Military-based school program, our 6th graders are placed into Squads when they arrive on campus. These squads are a natural fit for a competitive environment. The TV show Squid games is popular with the students so we are going to call this The Squad Games where the squads will compete in Attendance, Behavior, and Physical activity. Each quarter we will announce the winning Squad and they will win some healthy snacks. A secondary goal is to push healthy snacks with higher protein and lower processed sugar levels. We already Beta tested this initiative last year during the final quarter of school and it was highly successful. We feel confident it will work even better during the entire year. In addition. Attendance is a major focus for the school district so this will blend perfectly into that initiative.
