My Students

Hello, I work with students from 9th-12th grade boys and girls. This group of student are dedicated to becoming great student athletes. My student athletes are brilliant hard workers that push themselves to get better not only in sports but in the classroom as well.

My Project

The products that I have chosen will not only help my athletes become stronger and faster but will also help them prevent injuries. Student have constant back pain so with the hyperextension romain chair athletes will be able to strengthen their lower back muscles and hamstrings to prevent injuries and keep them out of competition. The jump ropes are equipment that will be able to help students strengthen their shins as well as help with explosion. The resistance bands will help with stretching and allow students to improve their flexibility and also for great body weight workouts.
