Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

There is just something special about kids in Ogden. They are so loving and resilient. We are excited to be back in school to work hard and rise higher. We love reading books together as a class and individually. Students love science as we are a STEM based school. This year we are working hard on social emotional skills along with the traditional curriculum of literacy, math, and science.

My Project

The products I have chosen will all be wonderful resources to add to our classroom. Some will be for a calm down corner in our classroom to help with social emotional learning. Some I items will be used as prizes in our class store. Also some awesome manipulatives for our next unit on fractions. Wonderful books that will be used as a read a loud in the classroom or for students to read individually. The smallest things means so much to these students. We are so grateful for donors choose and all the many blessing it has brought.
