This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am Alex Branch, and this is my sixth-year teaching Kindergarten. After my six years of experience, I have noticed a high need for social emotional learning in the classroom. I want to support my students and interest them in self-regulation and other related skills.

Social emotional learning can lead to students learning how to express their feelings, get along better with others, show empathy for others in the group, care more about the environment, and feel happier.

The Ninja Life Hack books are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and a fun way to learn social emotional skills. Each box set focuses on different life skills and we would use them daily in our classroom! Your donation would undoubtedly help the holistic development of my students.
