My Project

My students come to school enthusiastic and ready to learn. Many come from homes where there are food insecurities and often are hungry. Pretzels, Gold Fish, Fruit snacks and cheese and crackers are all snacks that students love to have.

Students come to me for emotional or behavioral supports in a small group setting.

Many are learning to cope with their anxiety or to deal with ways to behave better in the school setting. Students enjoy a snack or an activity that can help them learn what makes them feel better. They learn strategies to cope with their emotions with creative activities.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
