My Project

Everyday my students come to school with a growth mindset and eager to learn. They are blooming personally and academically.

Our school is nestled in the heart of Brooklyn, East New York.

Each child in my classroom loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly. We incorporate various learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met right where they are! They are indeed amazing scholars, and I am extremely fortunate to be their teacher.

I am requesting a variety of individually wrapped snacks, such as Goldfish crackers, chips, fruit snacks and juice for my students. Hunger can distract students from learning, but having a snack for everyone will help keep my students focused during these crucial months. Students will be taking the NY State Exams in March and April, so we are preparing them for it. Some students even stay for Afterschool Test Prep. Snacks can help encourage concentration and re-energize tired students. It always brings a BIG smile to their faces when they receive snacks. These snacks will help to ensure my students are always full and ready to learn!
