My Students

Kindergarten is such a fun age group! My students are creative, kind, curious, and energetic, and they are an excellent class to teach! My classroom is full of bright little minds that have a love for learning! They especially like the opportunity to explore the world around them hands-on with their peers.

We have a diverse group of students who love to share their many different traditions and heritages.

By allowing my students to recognize their diversity and accept one another, they can also support each other's different learning abilities.

The potential to learn is in every one of my students. With my guidance and helping classroom materials, these students will bloom into the beautiful individuals I know they can be! Some of my students need extra supporting classroom material to make that happen.

My Project

Please help us get this funded. In my classroom I am limited on storage areas, I finally have snacks in my classroom that are a healthy choice for my students. That being said it would be super helpful to have an area where they can see their options for snacks and be able to be independent in making their snack choice and selecting it by themselves. With this project, I plan on making this cabinet a Snack Attack Cabinet that my class can look at, choose what they would like, and grab it themselves. The bins will be organized and labeled for them to read and know where to find their favorite healthy snack. Right now my snacks are just in their boxes and it makes it hard for them to pick what each one would like to have when snack comes around. By doing this, I am promoting independence with my students. They are learning to make their own choice on a healthy snack that will fill them up, give them brainpower, and be able to make it till they get home.
