My Project

Every great lesson begins with the right tools. I teach English Language Arts to students in grades 2–5 who are enrolled in our Dual Language program. My students work hard every day to strengthen their reading, writing, speaking, and literacy skills in two languages, and having reliable classroom supplies helps them stay engaged and confident.

This project will provide essential classroom materials such as pencils, pens, highlighters, notebooks, Play-Doh, labels, and other everyday supplies that support learning throughout the school year.

These items are used daily for reading and writing activities, vocabulary practice, small-group instruction, organization, and hands-on learning experiences. Simple materials like Play-Doh help reinforce literacy concepts through interactive word-building and fine motor activities for my youngest students, while notebooks, writing tools, and highlighters allow all students to record their thinking, annotate texts, and celebrate their growth as readers and writers.

By supporting this project, you are helping create a well-stocked classroom where every student has access to the supplies they need to participate fully and focus on learning instead of worrying about missing materials.
