My Project

As I embark on a new adventure as a sixth and seventh grade science teacher, I am hoping to replace the outdated desk-chair units that are currently in the classroom.

My teaching style is centered around collaborative learning, where students work together, learn from one another, and actively engage in hands-on experiences that make science meaningful, interactive, and memorable.

These students are intelligent, hard-working, and kind children who come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. While they range greatly in ability within and among grade levels, they have one thing in common - a love of science! Most of them will be in middle school for the first time and deserve the absolute best environment for instruction while also having fun as they navigate these challenging years ahead.
