My Project

My students are an active group of young learners who love to play outside. This sidewalk chalk will be used in three ways. We will hold learning sessions outside where students can solve Math problems using chalk. My students will also work with younger students to solve Math problems and practice writing sight words. Lastly, the chalk will be used to inspire free play and creativity.

Students who are allowed to learn in different ways, show higher rates of retention and focus.
