This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My amazing students with visual impairments work hard every day. They are eager to learn and come to school ready to work. My unique caseload consists of students enrolled in a life skills program. Each day, my students create unique and meaningful assignments, and they can use some new supplies.

We need a new pencil sharpener, a calculator, white cardstock and a paper organizer to help our students succeed!

The supplies in this project will help my students every day. We will utilize the pencil sharpener and paper organizer to make sure each student is prepared and ready for the day with sharpened pencils! The paper organizer will make it easier for them to find their materials and assignments. The overall organization these items will provide for my students will create a safe and effective environment.

I am so happy to be able to make sure my students with visual impairments have access to the supplies they need daily!
