This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This group of students are a very bright and creative bunch. They need materials where they can manipulate and stretch their brains to do all of the things they are capable of.

By building with our hands, we are also building our minds.

With the amount of technology our students are use to, they are exposed to so much information. We can foster this use of technology by having the students use their brains to create new things. I want to bring the fun back in school. There is already purposeful play in the younger grades. Why can’t my scholars play to learn as well?
