Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students and parents enjoy entering a tranquil and creative environment. Keeping a clean and organized space often means there is more time left for learning. These items can help to support the flow of creativity and open-ended conversations within the classroom.

Encouraging healthy emotional regulation skills can not only help pre-k students now, but throughout their lifetime.

These materials will help my students to better their social-emotional skills. Sensory toys, tiles, plushies, and pillows will increase the effectiveness of my "calming corner" within the classroom for pre-k students.

Having these materials would help the inclusivity, organization, and creativity within my classroom.
