This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 4 and 5 year olds are always eager to learn and explore! We have thought of different things we can put in our sand and water table to improve our sensory skills. So far we have put rice, pom poms, and soil.

I am asking for sand and sand manipulatives to enhance my students' learning.

Our new curriculum is mostly play based, so I am constantly having to implement academic learning through games. Both manipulatives will help my students with letter and number recognition. The sand will also help them with sensory play.
