Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach in a multi grade social emotional classroom with students that have many different needs. The sensory tools and art supplies will help support the students with their learning and exploring. They love to paint, but we have run out of supplies. We really need laminating paper in order to complete our independent boxes and make them reusable so they will last longer.

They also love using playdough as a sensory tool, even during lessons at times to keep their focus.

The metallic art paper will be a fun activity they can earn.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
