This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting this photo printer so students can make scrapbooks at the end of the year. I have captured many moments this year and would like the ability to print them for students to keep. I have pictures from projects, class time, events, assemblies, guest readers, recess, and field trips. It would be nice to send students home with these at the end of the year to remember second grade.

Students are at school more than they are at home and their parents never get to see them in their school environment with their friends.

This project will allow parents to see what our students have done this year and keep it for a lifetime to look back on.

I think this is a very special project. Many families in our district do not have access to printers, or even cameras to take and save memories with their families. This will be very special for many families to have pictures of their children. These pictures could be the only tangible pictures they have of their child growing up.
