School-Wide Sensory Room

Help me give my students a sensory tent, play mat, and a complete sensory room to meet the needs that they struggle with in their regular classrooms!

My Project

In our school, many students have specific sensory needs that they struggle with in their classrooms. As a result, they may act out and earn unwanted consequences or discipline. My goal is to create a safe space for those students to be able to self-regulate to meet their emotional needs and benefit from classroom instruction to the highest degree. With your help, we can make that happen!

By donating to this project, you will provide students with a variety of sensory, STEM, and emotional support items that will help them thrive all throughout their school day.

There will be a play tent, mats, pillows, and magnetic tiles. I have requested sensory strips and a projector that will put stars on our ceiling. In this room, our students will have access to supplies and materials that they may otherwise not have access to. Please consider helping us ensure that we can introduce them to these needed and helpful supplies as quickly as possible! Thank you endlessly!
