Help me give my students their winter essentials so they can stay safe and cozy without having to worry about how they're going to stay warm and healthy.

Our scholars here are so full of life and energy every day they walk through the doors. The energy they bring into the classroom is radiating and keeps the momentum going throughout the year. Our scholars here love to explore and learn new things. They are very proud of their work once they have mastered a standard and love to show it off.
Ninety percent of our scholars are on free/reduced lunch and have to overcome daily struggles not only inside but outside of the classroom as well.
These scholars have so much heart for everything they do and always do their very best no matter what their skill level is.
Our scholars thrive with hands-on lessons and activities. We are very focused on small group work, and with that being said, our scholars show teamwork, empathy, and helpfulness to each other in the classroom like I have never seen before. There are true leaders in the classroom and the scholars love the roles and responsibilities they have in the classroom daily.
My scholars come from some of the lower socioeconomic neighborhoods on the south side of Indianapolis. Some of my scholars go without the essentials because they are unable to get the products they need. I have scholars who will go all winter without hats, gloves, or even coats. Scholars will wear hoodies throughout the winter where it hits extremely cold temperatures because they do not own a winter coat. Many of our scholars are bus riders as well, so waiting for the bus in the mornings can be unbearable with the temperatures. The students would also benefit from the chap stick and lotion as well. Just like all of us, we need those essentials items when the weather is harsh. Receiving these items would keep them warm, and healthy during the winter months. These students would be able to request to get these items from me, and they will be in their backpack by the end of the school day.
Many of my scholars live with other extended family members, shelter homes, or even foster homes.
I want my classroom to be able to provide a safe space for scholars to find their basic needs during the winter months without feeling worried or embarrassed. I want them to know they are loved and taken care of.
Every single item would be used during these next few months, including the snacks. Our scholars eat lunch at 10:30 and our dismissal is at 3:00, leaving many of my scholars hungry. We go through many snacks during the school year, and it gives those hungry students extra help to keep them focused during the school day.
