Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be able to use the headphone bags for easy and organized storage in a way that keeps them clean and helps keep one pair of headphones for the same child all year.

These headphones will help students, especially those who are English Language Learners and those with hearing and/or focus impairments, to engage with computer learning platforms at their individual learning levels by helping them hear instructions and interactive questions, as well as helping them to verbally respond by using the microphone for authentic, student-created answers.

As emerging readers, these first-grade students will benefit from being able to focus on their interactive learning games without the distraction of hearing other students' games.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
