Help me give my students the opportunity to dress like chefs and work like culinary professionals. These essential items promote professionalism, reinforce proper sanitation practices, and give hands-on experience with the real-world standards of the industry.

My Project

I want my students at our high school to have the tools and professional attire they need to feel confident, prepared, and successful in the Culinary Arts classroom. Chef coats, hairnets, and other essential items will help students practice proper sanitation, build professional habits, and experience the expectations of a real culinary workplace.

CTE Culinary Arts provides students with valuable hands-on learning that connects classroom instruction to real-world skills and career opportunities.

Through these experiences, students can develop responsibility, teamwork, creativity, confidence, and employability skills that will benefit them beyond high school. Providing the proper culinary attire and supplies will help create meaningful and memorable learning experiences while preparing students for success in the classroom, the workplace, and their future careers.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
