My Students

My students are part of the modern media communications magnet program. We specialize in integrating 21st century skills within our math and science curriculum. One project we are working on is kid blogging and publishing student work into text.

My Project

My students would benefit from this whiteboard to assist with small group, center-based targeted instruction, differentiation and online learning. Leading a small group requires a meaningful space for students to interact, discuss, and complete assignments or discussions. Currently, my classroom does not have the appropriate space to facilitate and foster differentiated learning. My hope and goal is to use this rolling whiteboard to transform my room into a mobile, and functional space to create targeted, small group instructions for students that need 1:1 or small group support.

With online learning currently mandated in my district.

I would use this board to facilitate online discussions (on zoom), post vocabulary, and facilitate problem-solving for math. I would also use this board to feature anchor charts, and other hangable items needed for online learning.
