Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students attend BES. My class is very diverse with students from all backgrounds such as Latinx, Asian, Middle East, caucasian and African American. We are a beautiful garden. We are rockstars!

My Project

We are so excited to receive our new class books and open them right away to get lost in the pages. I've inherited our classroom from a 20 year old veteran teacher, who left many valuable things as well as very loved items. Currently our current book shelf is falling apart and we need a new one to house all of the new incoming books as well as many that still do not have a home. Help me give my students a safe space in our library to get lost in the world of literature.

My students love to read and get lost in a good book.

I would love to give them a nice library where they can go to and feel at home. I try to make my class as comfortable as possible.
