Because of this, it can be tricky to find books that they are able to read but also hold their interest. These 'I Can Read' books do the trick!\r\n\r\nMy students have started to enjoy Independent Reading time much more now that they have books that are accessible to them. By turning abstract language concepts into tactile tools, you have given these incredible D/HH learners the confidence to organize their thoughts, share their experiences, and express themselves like never before.\r\n\r\nMany of my D/HH students communicate using American Sign Language (ASL) and this kit has all of the resources in English and ASL.
