Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The library is a hub of learning, discovery, and imagination. It is a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. Rewarding positive behavior reinforces a culture of respect, responsibility, and kindness among students.

This project will provide a variety of fun and exciting prizes, including bubbles, stickers, pens, pencils, and keychains, as incentives for students who demonstrate exceptional behavior in the library.

My goal is for every student to feel valued, appreciated, and encouraged to strive for excellence with their behavior in the library. Your support will help continue a rewards system that motivates students to consistently exhibit positive behavior. Students love choosing prizes for exceptional behaviors like helping others without being asked, actively reading or listening to stories, giving answers to questions that show creative or critical thinking, and more behaviors that go beyond expectations.
