Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The hardest part about the school year, is keeping a classroom well stocked! Even with the best laid classroom routines and expectations, by the end of the semester, the classroom is bare to the bone.

This wishlist has a little bit of everything for my students.

Reflecting on the supplies they used the most during their freshman year, I am hoping to restock the classrooms with the crowd favorites. From basic writing supplies, to self care items, and the bins to keep things organized and accessible: this list has everything! by providing these items to them (in bulk!) last year, the biggest lesson students walked away with was the importance of caring for self, others, and their belongings.

Our self care and office supply stations were incredibly popular, well used, and self managed last year. I am looking to continue the practice of providing supplies that students can use for all parts of their person: academic and self care.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
