My students are wonderfully and fearfully made. I am blessed that I get to teach a group of incredible students who are going to be world changers.
My students are special because they are strong.
My students refuse to let their current circumstances define who they are. For the majority of my students, school is their safe haven. It is where they can escape all of the heartache, pain, and worries that await them outside of school. My students go through so much, but you would not be able to tell at a glance. No matter what may be happening outside of my classroom walls, my students try the best that they can. My wonderful students are young, powerful, strong, chain breakers.
My students love interacting with the lessons, playing review games, and the classroom transformations. This school year, we had a Chick-fil-A review day, and they LOVED it. They have been asking me when the next classroom transformation will be!
Another month, another classroom transformation! I want to transform my classroom into a mini golf course to help motivate my students to prepare for their upcoming assessments. My goal is to have various putting greens set up around the classroom. Each putting green will have different problems that need to be solved before each student can golf on the green. Each putting green will also have different obstacles that students will have to maneuver around in order to finish a hole.
Classroom transformations motivate my students, bring lessons to life, and engage student learners.
My students learn best through hands-on and engaging activities that get them up and moving.
I need your help in making this idea come to life!
