Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I work at a Title I school where a high percentage of the students that attend my school come from low-income or high-need families. We have 100% free breakfast and lunch program for the kids. I want to make sure that our students are meeting the challenging state academic standards and working their hardest no matter what the format of learning is.

My wonderful students are just hard workers despite what the world has thrown at them this past year.

My Project

This project is to help refresh our supply of many of our materials we use throughout the year! Students have used up their markers, crayons and many pencils by this time and it is time to get them some new items to finish out the school year!

Most may say, "well at least what they have still works" or "why didn't they take better care of them" but they are kids and kids go through things continuously, and things happen!

I am SO proud of how hard these kids are working this year, help me, help them get refreshed and updated materials!
