This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Recess is a vital part of our day. It may even be considered the kids' "favorite" part of their day. It provides a chance for children to play and grow through interaction with their classmates. We are in need of equipment for the children to play with when they are outside. All they currently have is their imagination.

The footballs, soccer balls, kick ball, hula-hoops and jump ropes would give the children the opportunity to run, play and create games to play with one another.

The addition of this equipment would make our daily recess time and education a fun opportunity for the children.
