My Students

My fantastic second graders come to school filled with so much excitement to learn! They arrive at school every day ready to experience new things and excited to work with one another while finding positive ways to boost confidence and self-esteem in others. They find ways to build each other up. My students set academic and personal goals throughout the year, and I love finding ways to help them be successful.

My students are truly a fantastic group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners who are excited and ready to learn each year!

My Project

Help give my students access to different sports equipment as well as fun, engaging, mind stimulating games that can be used during recess. My 2nd grade students love going outside to play with their peers. Some of their favorite activities include basketball, football, baseball and playing games.

This valuable equipment would allow my students to play and be engaged in some of their favorite activities, while helping to encourage socializing during recess and to help build positive relationships with their peers.

My students have access to a basketball court, a grassy field, and a 4-square area. This equipment will help create an outdoor area where students are excited to have recess.
