Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am teaching my students the difference between literary and informational text. I need more books in my classroom to put in the reading center so my students have access to these different types of texts.

I want them to be able to check the books out and take them home to share with their families.

The more the students are exposed to the stories, the easier it is for them to tell the difference between real and make believe. They also learn to enjoy reading at the same time.
